Margi is a highly respected physical therapist, bringing over two decades of dedicated practice to the Twin Cities community. With a strong focus on lower extremity injuries encompassing the hip, knee, and foot/ankle, her expertise extends far beyond these regions, making her an invaluable resource for any of your orthopedic needs, including shoulder, neck, or back concerns.
Her clients range from pro athletes to weekend warriors, all benefiting from her passion to restore active lifestyles. Margi’s passion lies in helping individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels regain their active lifestyles, returning to the sports and activities they love.

Her approach combines manual therapy, neuromuscular re-training, and skilled dry needling, enlightening you about your body's efficiency and pain management. Additional expertise includes running gait analysis, hypermobility issues, connective tissue disorders, middle-aged athletes, and failed or slow recovery from orthopedic surgeries. Also, Margi is the queen of waking up sleepy glutes! Margi looks at the whole biomechanical chain so she doesn’t stop just at the location that hurts. She figures out the “why” you have pain and creates a solution to get you on the road to recovery. Margi loves a puzzle and digging in deep to find the cause of your pain.
With over two decades of working with people as a physical therapist, Margi noticed she was also providing more than just physical therapy. She was walking side by side with them emotionally in their moments of pain and often life-changing body changes offering support and a safe space. She has had years of experience supporting and navigating collaboratively with her patients in these challenges and life transitions. So now she is offering life coaching services for people in transition—those moving through injury recovery, burnout, perimenopause, career change, life stage (empty nester, retirement, new beginnings), or a deeper identity crisis.
In addition, she is a CIJ Clarity Catalyst certified instructor. She is offering online courses for adult seekers, kids, and in corporate settings to assist people in finding their creativity for a better life through personal development based on a Stanford University master’s course.
Margi’s approach is intuitive, practical, and empowering. The focus will be on what’s possible, not perfect, and build a vision for your life that reflects who you are now, not who you used to be.
You already have the answers. Margi will help you hear them.
